We’re excited to announce the kick-off to our Halloween Dance-a-Thon fundraiser. Students received the attached parent letter and pledge form envelope. Students are encouraged to collect pledges until October 31st in support of our Dance-a-Thon. Also attached is a breakdown and instructions on how to donate.
Important Notes:
*Online donations: please ensure you note any online donations that have been made in order to be entered into the raffle draw. Note these donations on your child’s pledge form.
* Individual Cheque pledges of $25 or more are eligible for a tax receipt through the board; only these individual pledge cheques are to be made payable to YCDSB”. Please ensure mailing address is listed on cheque.
*Dance-a-Thon pledges will only be eligible for receipts based on INDIVIDUAL pledges (1 cheque for multiple pledges will not qualify). Only individual pledges of $25.00 or more should be submitted to YCDSB for tax receipt purposes.
*If no Tax receipt is required cheques can be made out to Holy Name CES
