We are excited to offer activities honouring Catholic Education Week. Some of the highlights of the week include a liturgy during which Ms. Leggio will be remembered.
The Luke 4:18 Club has organized a loonie/toonie fundraiser with proceeds going to the Canadian Cancer Society. On Tuesday, May 3 students are asked to bring in a loonie or toonie donation. They’re also invited to wear their favourite sports jersey, team colours or school colours on this special day.
There will be a board-wide Mass on Wednesday, May 4 live streamed to all schools in York Catholic.
Throughout the week, students will take part in learning activities related to this year’s theme: Rebuild, Restore, Renew.
