Each year, the Catholic community of Ontario engages in a week-long celebration to highlight Catholic education between our Catholic schools and local Catholic parishes. This year, Holy Name CES will launch its first virtual celebration of Catholic Education Week, entitled, “Catholic Education: Igniting Hope”, during the week of May 3 – May 8. Students, parents/guardians, and teachers are asked to reflect on “How are you igniting hope in your home/ community?“ When sharing your good news on Twitter @HolyNameCES, please tag @YCDSB and use the hashtags #CEW2020 and #IgnitingHope
The sub-themes for Catholic Education Week 2020 are as follows:
- Monday: Our Hope in Christ
- Tuesday: The Hope Within Us
- Wednesday: The Hope Among Us
- Thursday: Hope for the World
- Friday: A Future Full of Hope
